*Shared Property: Please be aware that the host family resides in the main house on the property. The outdoor amenities, including the pool, fire pit, BBQ grill, and lounge areas, are shared spaces. *Loft Access: The bedroom is located in the loft and requires climbing a ladder to access. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. *Cat Sanctuary: Our property features a separate barn that serves as a sanctuary for our rescued feral cats. For their safety and yours, access to the sanctuary is not permitted without supervision. *Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property monitoring the grounds.
